This is a really unique place, designed in a completely traditional and environmently friendly way. Using all local materials and recycling to make furniture and lamps. It is a restaurant in which you need to take half a day or all day at. There are relaxation and yoga areas over looking the shores of the Red Sea. With a pool set into the cliff on which the castle stands. The food is served in clay platters and is cooked slowly. Making a very mouth watering meal. It is a 'Slow Food Restaurant' so either order your meal in advance or plan on spending time there relaxing
			After lifting up the large heavy trap door, there is access to a "Treasure room" which has on display local crafted items. Which I think may be for sale, and at the end along a long tunnel into the cliff is a small candle that apparently can be lit by the sun on certain days of the year.

You can easily spend the whole day in castle Zaman, and then want to come back tomorrow to do it again.

Spotted this parked outside the Castle. I bet it is one fast tractor, as it is made by Lamborghini
